anyways. ran with stephanie like usual, talked a little
sprinted at the end. I get beat like always XD
I'm just not a sprinter. don't have that burst of energy I need for it..

haha running with stephanie is good for me as a runner I think.
becasue like it teaches me to shorten my stride and pace myself better
so when I really need it my muscles will have built up in my legs from shortening my stride (;
plus good pacing, I think. we went faster each lap. how weird (:
